RULES & REGULATIONS FOR STUDENTS JOINING
ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE DE TRIVANDRUM

    1. Full fees to be paid before the commencement of the classes.

    2. Fees once paid will not be refunded. However, if we are forced to cancel the batch before its commencement, Alliance Française will reimburse the whole amount paid by the student.

    3.Transfer to another batch is not possible after the initial 8 hours of the commencement of the course. If the student is unable to join the batch he/she registered for, and if he/she has not informed the administration in writing within this period, he/she will have to pay the full fees for joining another batch.

    4. If the student misses 6 consecutive hours of the class, he/she will not be allowed to continue due to the gap resulting from his/her absence and he/she will not be reimbursed. However, if he/she wishes to continue in the same batch,he/she must enroll for 3 hours as private tuition.

    5. If during the course, the number of students comes down to below five for 6 consecutive hours, Alliance Française will be forced to cancel the said course. The balance of remaining hours (excluding study material) will be refunded to the students still present. However, if a student wishes to continue , he/she will be allowed to get transferred to any other existing batch, which level of completion will be the same or less only. Such a transfer will be subject to the approval of the administration.

    6. Fees are not transferable from Alliance Française de Trivandrum to any other Alliance Française network, worldwide.

    7. In case of Hartal, Bandh or any local event endangering the students, classes are automatically cancelled and will be replaced.

    8. An attestation certifying that the student has completed a minimum of 80% of the class will be provided on demand. The attestation will be issued only once and if lost, a duplicate can be issued on payment of corresponding charges.Attestation will not be given after a period of 1 year following the completion of the course.

    9. It is the student’s responsibility to contact Alliance Française de Trivandrum for their exam results.

    10.Students are requested to check the Students Notice Board, regularly.

    11.Rules and regulations may vary from time to time, according to the situations or new directions decided by the Executive Committee of Alliance Française de
    Trivandrum.
