Rules to be read and accepted before registration
Admission :
Admissions are granted on a first-come-first-served basis. It is not possible to reserve seats. One is considered registered only upon payment of the entire semester fee. Fee is accepted by cash or cheque. Fee can not be paid in instalments.
No refund or adjustment of fee is possible.
The fee comprises tuition and registration fee. If a course is done in succession from AFD, no registration fee is charged.
The fee excludes the price of books. These have to be purchased separately. A bookshop housed in the building is one such place where one can purchase books.
Once chosen, a class or timing option can not be changed. If a student joins a course at AFD other than the beginners level, an orientation test is conducted to gauge the level of French of the person. Based on an assessment by the Academic Co-ordinator, the student is allotted the best suited course/level.
All students must complete their application form in full. The address must have a pin code. Contact numbers must be mentioned and the writing must be legible.
70% attendance in the courses is required to appear in the exams
All students must abide by the decision of the Director of the Alliance Française de Delhi. The Management reserves the right to cancel admission if any student commits breach of discipline.
All details related to the courses are subject to change at the discretion of the management Course brochures along with timing and fee details are available on all working days at the Front Desk (9.30 -6.30 p.m.). Course fees are revised from time to time.
