Business French

This course is designed to meet the needs of professionals and executives. It follows the extended or intensive method depending on number of students enrolled. Currently organised only on Saturday for 4 hours. The content focuses on communication related to the business world viz. the dialogues used, conversation made, written expression, etc. will revolve around those used in business and work circles. This course is most suitable for entrepreneurs, traders and businessmen having trade links with French-speaking countries, designers, and other professionals.

A certificate of Elementary Business & Commercial French is awarded at the end of each level (2 semesters) and is recognised by the Alliance Française of Paris. One can also attempt the CCIP examination after achieving a certain level.

French for Hotel & Tourism

This course is designed to cater to the needs of the hospitality and service industry, chiefly those working with hotels, airlines or travel agencies. This course follows the intensive pattern.

Three enterprising professors of the institute have designed a course specifically for this group of professionals focused on learning terms and expressions and communication skills related to their field. The outcome was a book Bon Voyage, comprising a 140-150 hour programme, divided into 4 units, consisting of employee-client dialogues in various situations, followed by exercises.

A certificate is awarded at the end of each level by the Alliance Française and by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCIP) after successful completion of the entire programme.
