ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

New and continuing students should register for classes at least one week prior to the beginning of the session.

Registration fees: Rs. 500/- payable once at time of registration.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

Payments must be made in full at the time of registration. All registrations are final. No refund will be given for missed classes or for withdrawal after the first class.

The Alliance Française reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment or other unexpected circumstances. Course fee will be refunded if Alliance Française cancels any class.

There will be no classes on statutory holidays. Classes on statutory holidays are transferred to the end of the session or made up during the session.

NSF charge: Rs. 500/-
Enrolment in a course implies acceptance of conditions.

CLASS SIZE

The maximum number of students per class is 20 and minimum number per class is 5. Alliance Française will not start any classes, crash courses or weekend classes on its premises if the number of students is less
than 5.

OFFICE HOURS

Monday to Friday - Reception: 9.30am - 6.00pm

Pedagogical coordinator: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 5.30pm

Saturday - Reception open three Saturdays before new sessions start. Timings: 9.30am - 5.30pm
